Heatbit Inc. ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.heatbit.com)("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing tothe terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of andagree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on ourservice.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on ourwebsite but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will notbe able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we willfulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you wouldprefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for usto process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions anddestination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collectedwith the purchase.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time DomesticallyIn general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days4.2 Transit time InternationallyGenerally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Thisvaries greatly depending on the courier.4.3 Dispatch TimeHeatbit is a preorder item. Shipments are planned for September 2021. Starting September 2021 shipments will be dispatched within 4 business days of payment of orderOur warehouses operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In theseinstances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.4.4 Change Of Delivery AddressWe are unable to change the delivery address address. Please, make sure you enter the correct delivery address at the time of purchase.4.5 P.O. Box ShippingHeatbit Inc. will not ship to P.O. box addresses.4.6 Items Out Of StockIf an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately andsend the remaining items once they return to stock.4.7 Delivery Time ExceededIf delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that wecan conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will beable to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates madeavailable by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject theparcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If theparcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customerservice with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax, VAT, GSTAll prices of Heatbit devices quoted are before VAT, GST or other such sales tax. You may need to pay the VAT, GST or other such sales tax specific to your country or state when you receive your device. 7.2 Import Duties & TaxesImport duties and taxes for international shipments are responsibility of the buyer.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are unable toaccept cancellations.
9. Insurance
