‍What chips do you use?
Heatbit is powered by enhanced 169 ASIC chips with autotuning.Are Heatbits upgradeable?We are working on upgrade options for new and existing Heatbits to equip our heaters with more advanced chips and higher hashing power, while retaining the same noise and energy consumption levels.

What mining pools do you use?
Currently, Heatbits are connected to the Nicehash mining pool. It is a high-performance mining pool that proved itself successful in securing highest stability, scalability and processing speed. It permits the seamless connection of multiple Heatbits and allows users to track their balance without delays. Going forward, we plan to offer our customers a choice between several mining pools.  

Safety

Is Heatbit safe?
Heatbits are built in accordance to the U.S. and Canada safety standards for heaters (UL 1278 and CSA C22.2#46) and include both hardware and software safety controls. The devices are equipped with protective design, accelerometer and multiple built-in heat sensors for safe operations.

Are there any temperature limits?
Yes, 140 °F / 60 °C for the Heatbit’s surface and 140 °F / 60 °C for its output air. Even if you touch the device at full power, you won’t get burned, so your kids and pets can play safely around the heater.

Payment

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, such an option is currently available to the consumers form the U.S and Canada. Please check our website for the most recent deals.

What about VAT/GST and customs duties?
For customers in the US and Canada all taxes are included in the price at checkout. Our customers in Europe and other countries will be responsible for VAT/GST and customs duties.
